Shaun the Banker was excellent. Had great service. I only came in for my routing number but he helped me get a new debit as well as sign a signature card.
They attempted to be helpful but with a bit of toxicity in the air. I told them I wasn’t going to open an account just to end up going to another branch to conduct business.
My experience with the branch manger was rude and unprofessional. This was my first time at this location. I have since written the corporate office in regards to my encounter.
