Service is horrible they drag their feet about everything, and I'm talking about inside the branch. The manager and employees that used to be there were great, attentive, and well coordinated. Whomever is running that branch now is not to the standards of management before. Taking my business to SunTrust

Do not waste your time here. Go to a different location. At any given time there is one bank teller available, 7+ people in line, and a couple other bank employees that stand there and stare at you.

Loved it!!! Liz and Whitney are the best of the best. Liz helped me make my business debit card. Whitney told me where to get my document notarized. Even tho the man who is notarizes was booked for the whole day. She told me where to go.nnThanks LiznThanks Whitney

I didn't have any wait on a Saturday at 12:30. But i was just depositing a check. The woman in the lobby stand helped me. There was a line to use the teller of about 6 people and one guy making a scene about how he didn't want to wait inside getting covid, even though everyone had a mask on. Looked like the wait in line was maybe 20-30 minutes and there were multiple tellers but i couldn't tell if they were all helping people.nnBefore i visited i called them to speak with someone and it said branch closed. But website said open and i went and it was open.

Would give this branch a negative rating if possible. There was only one person waiting before me to get attended to. The staff took my contact number to call me on once they're ready to attend to me. Checked on them after 30 minutes and I was apparently next. It's been over an hour and they yet havnt called me. I don't understand how it takes so long for customers to get attended to and they expect customer to wait for this long especially when there's no one waiting before you!? And to top it, they arnt even taking appointments!
