I have had nothing but bad experiences at this bank. It almost feels like if they don't know you personally the tellers, relationship bankers, and business reps all could care less. I've even gone as far as setting up a meeting with Patty and she never called. When I reached out to the bank I spoke with someone name Rhonda who seemed just as nonchalant. This isn't the BB&T brand that I know. I sure hope with Truist taking over some changes are made at this location specifically.

Just tried to walk in at 4:50 before they closed, it’s the fastest I can get here after work. The front doors were locked so i drove around and waited in line for 10 minutes. Someone finally walked over to the window at 5:02 and rudely said they put everything up and they couldn’t deposit my checks. There was another woman beside me that had been waiting longer when I asked if they always close before 5 the girl said “there was no one in line so yeah” when the two of us were clearly in line waiting. This isn’t my first bad experience here but it will certainly be my last experience here.

Very unprofessional, very rude and confrontational teller named Jasmine. Then was on FaceTime with someone at her desk after she rudely told me to stand away from her and someone will be with me. Terrible experience

BB&T in general is terrible bank, but this branch is even worse, I went there to request my statements from previous account, which I closed because of their terrible service, and their associate was to busy checking her cell phone, so she ask me to wait to then start conversation with another customer that showed up from no where to talk about how great her new cell phone was. I don’t understand how this bank still in business....I would give them zero if I could.
