Banks are generally just difficult to work with, you're a number on paper. I had a checking account with Wells Fargo years ago and needed my statements. Terry in customer service right as you walk in was my saving grace. He helped me one on one, had the information I needed the next day. Amanda, the manager was very helpful too. Felt like they cared and I received my statements the very next day. Thank you, thank you. You don't get this often in banking, but this branch was great.

I honestly wish I could give them 0 stars but unfortunately I had to choose at least 1. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a branch in my life. They fumbled my entire process of opening and having a business account so bad that they ended up closing it without my knowledge or a call. Spoke to nearly 7 or 8 people from the opening of it, to when it got closed, by phone and in the branch. They never got my information right, kept bouncing my documents back, and no one did a thorough look at my document to confirm everything was filled properly so that it would be submitted without error. No one was accountable for the closing when I gave them everything correctly. They event put my tax ID in the wrong places. It was a joke. I went to the branch one last time to ask for my money, and the banker just told me the money would be sent via cashiers check and that was it. No sense of accountability or sympathy. Just a joke. I will never deal with Wells Fargo, and will eventually close my credit card as well.

There is no reason to have the inside tellers still closed. Line was backed around the corner of the building for drive through. And there was a lady at the door turning people away if you tried to go in.
