Yeah , They sold me a fake shoe. I just recently payed heavily on some offwhites and there’s nothing but empty promises. Now I just want my money back but they keep saying they have refunded when they haven’t.
I have ordered several products from Global Sole and the service has been great every time. Global Sole provides good quality products at a great price.
FRAUD!!!!nnI sent @Shannon Sands at Globalsole Sneaker Boutique LLC a significant amount of money for a retail transaction in March (it is now July). About a month into the transaction I still had not received the ordered sneakers. After receiving multiple shipment promises Along with more than one bogus tracking number I asked for a refund. It’s now been over 2 months since that request and I’m still receiving nothing but empty promises. It was brought to my attention AFTER the purchase that although they advertised the shoes on their website, they did not have them in their possession. They claimed it was a supplier issue. At this point I worry if I could even trust the authenticity of the shoes so I just want my money refunded. This is a clear and blatant violation of the refund policy posted on their website.
