I came in to get some work boots.nThe staff was really nice until they realizednI didn't have a mask AKA Communist Face Diaper on . They told me I would have to leave and buy boots online. I told them that I had to try them on and that could not be done online.nThey said I would have to try them on in the parking lot. I was trying boots on one at a time on the sidewalk when the guy bring me boots make a terrible comment after noticing that I was have trouble getting them on. I got angry and said why don't you get me a bench to sit on then since your forcing me to put them on out on the sidewalk.. they treated me like a diseased animal that they had to toss scraps of food to.

This place is so rude. Everyone says I need to try red wing boots. Walked in the two working treated me like dirt. I called home office and that was a joke. I just order me more redbacks maybe I'll try a different location next time but I will make sure my friends and family that love red wing does not go to this location

Small store so only 3 people allowed at a time but everyone was so friendly and helpful. Great buying experience and even left the old pair of boots for clean and polish.

My husband has being buying redwings for over 4 years. Has bought from this store 3 times. On 12/6/2020 my husband and I went to return some work boots that were sold on 9/11/2020 because they were tearing apart. When we were there was 3 employees working. The tall guy and a young woman were so rude and disrespectful.My husband was asking if they had a size of boots or shoes no no no. He tried on a pair of boots that he liked he wears a size 10 or 10 1/2 the you g woman gave him a size 91/2 and said that those kind of boots ran a little big. What she did and the tall guy was that they took out the insole of the boot so it can fit him. He said it was to hard and to right. The woman kept saying they will brake once you wear them more and more and if you put some oil that will help it brake faster. He ended not getting them. You should not treat your customers like that. What they did was so unprofessional they should get fired. ( we ended up going to mcdonough, Ga great customer service they did the exchange and my husband got his new boots)
