DO NOT DEPOSIT MOBILE WITHOUT ASKING QUESTIONS BEFORE HAND. The app is OK, the bank policy as archaic as any other bank. Truist took a mobile deposit from me *then* advised me of a hold time. That I was advised *after* making a deposit rather than warned before put me in a helpless andnmoneyless position with no recourse.nThe check is useless to take anywhere else and I have no money. Even though the banks are in the same town, on the same Zelle network, the hold will be 5 days.nEdit to add that no one in the branch will be able to help either, I tried. They send you back to a telephone number.nI get paid by check once a month and I will remember this issue, the bank is working well enough to take money from my account over the weekend, but not well enough to deposit from their own partner bank.nI regret going with SunTrust as now they are Truist. I'll be moving again.

Have been sitting in a line at the drive in for 15 minutes before the cars finally moved. The wait is ridiculous. If you have a mask and have proof of COVID-19 vaccination you need to open the lobby. Ridiculous the wait!!!

Awful experience. After having banked with this bank since 1973, about three name changes ago, needed to get a letter notarized that I was me. Employee stated that he could not do that. Have never had that BS from any bank before of since. Am in the process of closing that account now.

Horrible customer service. Dont go here... they are rude and you will get more help from the 800 number than staff. George one of the bankers refused to assist me. Waited 20 minutes to be seen and pushed me out the door refusing to investigate an issue with my missing bank card. I called the 800 number and got my answers. If you don't like working with people then don't work in customer service positions. Peopling is part of the job! Horrible!
