This bank is a sorry excuse for BB&T. I don't want to give them one star, but minus one hundred. They would rather talk about their dog, lunch or anything else to get out of taking care of customers. Last time I was there, 4 people erwe doing nothing, while I stood there, waiting longer, more time went by....there was only one customer in the whole bank. I was never acknowledged by the two at the counter, or the 3 standing in the doorway of an office. Finally, the one sitting in the office waved at me. I asked if I could get some help today sometime. The jerk who must have been the manager said in a very rude, obnoxious tone of voice told me, yrs, after we are done talking. I could hear what he ead talking about and it had zero to do with business. I left, never to return again. This must be why the rating is so low. I told my son that dude has the IQ of a squid. He said I just insulted the squid.

I love BB&T. It’s a shame they have employees like Jigna. She saw me come in and immediately tried to find something to do in order to avoid helping me. This is a bank, not a fast food restaurant, it’s unprepossessing to roll your eyes at a patron and express a “I’m not going deal with you attitude.”nnThankfully Julius was there! Patient and hospital, he even asked if there was anything else although what I needed was very simple and I was in and out due to his professionalism picking up the slack.
