Lines are always long...if they’re even open. Closed at 2:30 pm on a Wednesday? After completely closing one financial center in the area, the remaining one should be able to handle the influx of customers. BofA, offer one of your managers a nice salary and relocation package to come down here and turn things around in Savannah because things are going down the drain fast.

Lines are too long. Most branches are closed in the area. Hours have been cut short. Not enough drive thru employees. They also send a lot of spam emails all the time. Switching to a different bank as soon as possible.

This bank really has to get it together! The drive thru is ridiculous. In this line for 30 mins now. It's 2:30 in the afternoon on a Wednesday and the same cars are still sitting here. People have to have their bank deposits turned in for work and get back to work. We shouldn't have to wait this long at all! This is a daily ordeal. Sad!

Horrible experience with great uncle attempting to access his own money today. 3 hours later for 2 clients over 90 because we had to go back home to collect a statement to “prove identity” we were FINALLY able to withdraw part of the money needed from the checking, after we were able to order checks and change address with no issues. Tips to BOA: if you cannot handle cash withdrawals at one of your few locations opened, you have problems! If clients cannot access their money when needed and it’s a hassle for people that have quite a good amount of money in your bank, you look unstable to clients! If you hassle your 90 years old clients and cannot find a way to verify identity if they only have one ID and know their SSN and address and CD account numbers, change policies or open your branches where these clients are known by the manager.
