Good customer service. The manager, Ashley was very patient with assisting me.
I have banked with BB&T for over a year now. This is the ONLY location that I sit to make a simple deposit for over 15 mins. It is so frustrating
I have been with BB&T for over 20 years and been happy at all locations until this one.nn15 mins to make a drive thru deposit.nnIn their defense they did open a second dt window after 10 min of waiting.nnI was the next vehicle. Only 2 of us.nnShould of had the 2nd window open sooner.nnThey are slow is my complaint
Excellent service. I usually go to a different branch, but I might drive to this one from now on. The teller that helped me (Lourde I think was the name) was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It's great to see a smiling face first thing in the morning. Thanks!
I have my mortgage with BB&T so I contacted this branch for a home equity line of credit. After leaving numerous messages to contact me and wasting several days waiting for a call, I give up. The few times I reached a human and was promised a callback made no difference. Even filing a complaint with corporate produced no results. If you enjoy being ignored, this bank is for you. Otherwise, find someone who actually cares about their customers.
