Staff stand by their rules ( not bad) But they aren’t knowledgeable about alternative or products in the banking market.nnI am a US citizen, and the staff appears to doubt of it, also doubt about my credentials. Staff like this appears not to trust government documents.nI will not use this bank again and will not recommend to no body.
I’m not very happy with my current bank as all the branches seem to close or be understaffed. Thought I’d try APB. So I went in to make some change ams check them out. they told me sorry. We don’t make change for people that don’t have an account. Well. This will not be my new local bank.
They have nice staff, seem like good people.
