Horrible experience with the groomer and very poor customer relations on her part. I have taken my cat here for a few years, without a problem. The service is usually done on time and not very expensive. (Wish the previous groomer was still there!!). The groomer, Stacy, had my cat for a very long time, most of the day, in fact. Additionally, not only was I charged DOUBLE what I am normally charged but my cat also came home with multiple knots still in his fur. We had to comb out and cut him ourselves when we got home. When I inquired, I was told that my cat wasn’t very cooperative (that’s never happened before!). Seems I would have been notified during the session of such uncharacteristic behavior and ALSO that I was going to be price gauged and ALSO that the work wouldn’t be completed. Who would continue to pay for such a “service”?! Supposedly, the groomer works for herself. This is bogus as she’s still working under Critter Corner’s roof and name and the establishment has an obligation to uphold their customer service practices or she will have successfully dragged their reputation down with her.

Unfortunately I had an absolutely horrible experience. I dropped my 2 cats off at 9am for their scheduled appointment. One was to just get a bath and the other, which is completely declawed, was to be shaved. I tried calling 3 times in the afternoon to see if they were ready to be picked up and only got a busy signal. I was working so I sent my mom at 4:30 to pick them up but they were not ready yet. She went back after 6:00 p.m. and my long haired cat is literally only half shaved. They were there for 9 hours! They charged my mom $140! I called to say I either wanted a refund or my cat to be finished and they basically told me there was nothing they could do that the groomer works for herself. If she couldn't do the job she should have stopped and not charged me.

I needed flea drops which are in a locked case. When the cashier got them out another customer cut in front of me. I qued up behind them. There was an issue with her points. I waited. Another cashier opened I was not serviced and continued to wait. It was easily close to a 10 minutes before I could pay for my purchase.
