They Will NOT protect you from theft.nIf your account has any issues they will just let you pay for it. they will then stand behind the ones that robbed you and put their hands out for overdraft fees. And require you to pay that as well. Even if you prove it's fraud, they will still rob you as well. Also know that if they give you a credit for fraudulent charges they do intend to take it back when you least expect it, like months later. They do not have anyone answering their phones. We have tried many times to call the number on the back of the debit card and nobody picks up. We wait anywhere between 20 minutes and an hour before finally hanging up. I'd have to say besides the terrible online experience that is non-existent. Is the policy of: if you can't reach us, you can't file a complaint, we don't have to help you so we're going to let people take what they want. Unfortunately this is not the privately owned bank you want to put your money in.
I have been around 82 years, used a lot of different banks in 4 states, This is by far the best banking experience I have had.. professional , courteous, personal service.. They recognize the worth of courteous service and treating customers like human beings.
