Where do I even begin with this bank, too many flaws to list, hours, gouging customers, etc etc. Honestly the worst bank I've ever dealt with, honestly don't know why people continue to have accounts with them

Jasmine is amazing. When no one else would bother to help us, she was on top of things. We went to three locations before finding Jasmine... I'd give her 10 stars if I could.

9 to 4?? What kind of hours are these? Online banking is convenient until it doesnt work. Thinking about switching banks and going elsewhere.

Great staff but unfortunately there is usually just one teller on working the line of ppl and the drive through..always a long line..
