I’ve bought two puppies from here and both times I’ve had a great experience. My second puppy was a little under the weather at his 5 day visit and Michele took care of everything and I never seen the first vet bill! I love a company that stands by their word and she definitely has!

We bought 2 dogs at the same time. 1 dog is awesome, and no issues thus far. The other dog died from having a seizure 10 days after we purchased her for $$$’s. Upon returning to the store we were told that they could not refund, or received no offers for another puppy unless we took the original (dead) one to the vet and had an autopsy done to prove it was neurological!!!My son is devastated about losing this dog, and he is a disabled veteran. They offer a free vet visit within 5 days, but there were no signs within that time of seizure activity. By the time we pay for an autopsy, and additional vet charges we will have spent the same amount of money all over again. They just insisted that she had “gotten in to something”. My son watched this dog closely, and followed the instructions carefully. She was still being house trained and crated. Some compassion, and at least a 50% refund would be appreciated. They didn’t even ask for pictures or nothing. These dogs are genetically known for seizures, and after talking with a few breeders they offer refunds if their litters experience this within a certain time frame- that’s good business!! Very disappointed as they seemed nice in the beginning. I would not buy another dog from them, and advise you to be leary.

I typically visit this place just to say hi to all of the puppies. My last visit I ended up getting a puppy I had been looking for. The customer service was awesome, they went out of their way to help me get my puppy and they made sure she was taking care of quickly. Thank you to the two ladies who assisted me. I love my pomeranian! Again, thank you to them for going out of their way to get me the specific puppy I wanted. (I'm sorry I never got a name of the mother a daughter who helped me!)

Back in August 2019 we bought a puppy from here. Her year birthday is coming up in May we are totally in love with her. No problems with owner or store. We recieved all documents for Honey and couldn't be happier. We are actually wanting to buy again from here to give Honey a friend but tge currently dont have the breed. Besides being hard to reach them on the phone to see if and when they will have our breed this is a great company.
