Can't figure when its gonna be open .it was closed friday with a sign on the door saying hours are mon thru thurs now I find out its closed mon this is no way to run a bank.

Terrible customer service. I would NOT recommend BoA to anyone. Over 2 hour wait on phone for mortgage info. STAY AWAY.

I can believe that a bank doesn't have time to answer a phone.nDON'T THINK THEY'LL ANSWER WHEN I PLACE MY MONEY IN IT.nSTAY AWAY.....

Great staff and customer service. With drive thru closed, it makes the wait inside a little longer but they do a pretty good job getting people in and out as quick as possible.
