Observant and helpful staff, decent selection and fair prices.nnMy wife and I came here to get running shoes for her to do a very specific program. We picked out a shoe and the manager asked us if we were there to get shoes for this program and we said yes. He took additional time with us to ensure we got exactly what we needed, even though we didn't know we needed it!nnI would give an additional star if I could.

I went in to buy a new pair of nursing shoes. Tatiana was awesome! She lead me to try on a couple of pairs and we realized my feet were far too narrow for them. She grabbed another pair for me and they are perfect! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with the perfect pair of shoes. Loved the customer service!

Not very helpful at all. Then was told I was waisting my time buying what I had in my hand because memory foam will be terrible in 3 months. I told him I had swelling throughout the day, past surgery for plantars fascitiatis. I need business casual, he took me to a sandal, then a very flat ballet looking shoe. Sandals cannot be worn and you cannot wear a flat shoe with my foot issues. I told him I needed something sturdy, firm around my heel. The podiatrists said if u can bend the shoe it's no good. He just walked away after telling me what I had was not a good choice. Needless to say I left, went elsewhere and purchased 4 pair of shoes that fit perfectly. First and last time at Peltz.

After spending a considerable amount of money here, I was unhappy with one of my purchases. I was told that that particular shoe with stretch. When I tried to return the shoes I was told they could not take them back due to COVID-19, and while I understand that companies are facing challenges during this time I wanted to be known that individuals are also. I have been unemployed since March and decided that investing in shoes would be worth it to help with my back problems. But if the company won’t even allow me to get the right fit it’s a waste of what little money I have left. I’ve been a customer of Peltz for years and I’m disappointed in the humanity of the manager I spoke to during today’s visit
