Honestly nobody in this store cares about any customer and it shows, employees are always very rude short and super sales pushy. Everytime I call in or stop in I feel like a nuisance. Shouldn't feel this way after buying brand new Irons Shoes and a bag from them...
Had my drivers grip replaced in 5 minutes. Happy with the service.
Club fitting was fantastic. Cliff was knowledgeable and instructive. No pressure to buy, showed me my data, and explained the metrics. Got fitted for driver and irons, must have hit 50 balls in 90 minutes and got a good evaluation. We tried many combos and went back and forth to make sure I could compare results objectively as well as by feel. Got more beneficial info than the lesson I got from a related company.
To many staff with clearly not enough to do! I don't mind being asked if I need help, but to be asked every two minutes by the same staff & others is overbearing & annoying; once they're told, I will ask for help when needed, should be enough!!
