It’s pretty decent when you shop in the store. When you’re shopping online and doing curbside pick up, it’s a little bit trickier. There is no designated parking spots for pick up, so you have to describe your car and then wait in the lot hoping they can find you. My last trip, I waited over 25 minutes in my car with a toddler and an infant.
I agree with the others who have posted. The staff are not very friendly - always seem to be to busy doing stuff other than assisting the customer. Today when I went in the two sales women were complaining about customers who are ordering for drive up pick up. And the points system for coupons is ridiculous. The prices are generally pretty good - however today I bought the exact same pack of onesies for $3 less at Kohl’s.
The staff isn’t very friendly and have never been helpful when I’ve asked for help. Also, the store hours posted online need to be updated.
The baby clothing is adorable. My favorite brand. The people that work there were very nice and helpful.
Awesome store for an awesome brand. Clean store, nice employees. Great deals and in store sales! My kids love shopping here!
