This is a great place to shop . The store is always clean and the DSW employee's are awesome and very kind . I have found the prices to be reasonable , this is my new go to place for shoes
First time in the store and I was impressed. Associate was very nice and attentive. I found a great bargain on the clearance rack!
Called at 7:37pm when store hours online say they were open until 9pm. Confirmed with employee named Courtney and told her I’d be there approximately 15-20mins and she said that would be fine. Arrived at location at 8:05 and store was closed. Called back and same person tells me yeah stores closed. Wouldn’t have wasted the drive had the service representative had the common curtesy to mention they close earlier then set time.
First time at the store. A nice young lady named Cache help me find the right size shoes in the right width. I ended up walking the long way around the parking lot because my New Balance shoes were so comfortable. Very happy with the experience and the service. I will be back when it's time for my next shoe purchase. Thank you for your help, Cache.
