The best variety, selection, service and prices in Pinellas. The owner is super passionate about reptiles and it shows. For my first experience with reptile vendors, this was pretty awesome.nUpdate 12/01/2020: Service is not great. Inventory is a hit or miss. Prices are competitive but not great. Unfortunately, I stopped visiting this place because of the lack of reliable inventory and spotty service.

Found this gem today. Store was clean and well stocked. Was able to look around without being pressured by sales people, but when it came time to talk to one, both girls were very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions. Will definitely be back! ❤ufe0f
The “lovely” 20-something female that was working today decided to refuse me service because I wouldn’t put on a face mask. It’s none of your business what my reason for not wearing a mask is, I do not have to disclose my personal health information to you, that is a violation of my rights, as is forcing me to wear a mask. I will no longer shop here and will encourage my network not to, as well. Medical discrimination is illegal.
Called Bob and asked if he had LIVE plants he told me yes. Drove 45 minutes and when I got there I had to get his attention he wouldn’t even look at me until I said some but when a white customer came he was all over him with customer service. I talked to him and he told me it was miscommunication and was very unapologetic didn’t even try to help and give me suggestions. I’m new to the reptile world and was excited to make my geckos home better but he gave me a bad experience in this process. So if y’all call, please be very clear with the guys even though I repeated myself twice or just don’t support them.
