Laurie was extremely helpful with getting a personal loan for my car repairs! She made the process very quick and painless. I was more than pleased, she was charismatic and personable! She also gave me some good tips to help me navigate my situation. I love my credit union, all of them are great people always eager to help!
They did not give any information before they ran a hard inquiry on your credit. When we realised it, it was too late. I called them and the first answer was that I should have known it, but it is not so obvious. You can ask a credit score in advance as a soft inquiry that does not hurt your credit score. They did not do. Actually they did not inform you properly.
Behind in the times, you cant pay your loan online I pay all my Bill's online, this is a huge inconvenience and I'm late because of it. My work hours are the same as thier hours. I wont use them again once I pay this loan. It's such an easy fix who doesn't have online payment options.
Applied for a boat loan and did not receive any email confirmation that I applied. Called the office and waited on hold for 40 minutes. Got through to a lady who told me she didn't see that I applied. Transferred me to a loan officer who was able to see I applied but told me I got denied because I had a mortgage and a car payment. Good to excellent credit score and was not able to secure a $15K boat loan. Unhelpful staff unfortunately.
