ATM didn’t distribute money and was told to just dispute it. Now my cash is taken until the charge goes through and I’m out the money.
This Group of bankers our completely inept at getting loans or doing what they say. Do yourself a favor and reach out to another establishment. We provided everything we were supposed to and they (Suzette) one of the loan officers had no clue what she was doing. They completely dropped the ball and intern have cost us greatly! Signed by Gary a lied to investor.
They dont know what they are doing instead helping castumers they would chick chat very dishonest people
I had a great experience at this bank! They have friendly and attentive staff plus a manager who makes a point of saying hello when I enter. I ultimately took out a small business loan here. The manager helped me throughout the entire process at no additional cost. That saved me the headache of learning all about it myself. This branch really cares!
What is the point of making and having an appointment if you refuse to let us in for it. I’m disabled and it took a LOT just to get to the bank. Then we are told to just do it from outside or the drive-through. Ridiculous!
