Never can get anybody otp
Very friendly, personable, professional. Excellent customer care in person and by phone. It feels like going home. Been banking with Chase for 10 years. Have 3 Credit cards, Checking and Savings accounts too.
Extremely unhelpful, and had quite the attitude
Ive ALREADY had a Chase account for years and have been really happy with their service so I just opened another account.
I went to this branch to resolve an issue I had, and was attended by a Ms. Paulino, I must say it's one of the best experiences I've had in a bank, if not the best!! She was amazing and very helpfull and really compassionate as to what we were going through!! I'de give her 10 stars if i could!!
