This branch and the one on 580. Are all always different and slower then every other branch. What you ask any other branch. These two wont or cant do. Not sure how a bank can get reviews at all though. I should come in. Get my money and leave. Simple. But the rules and/or expertise here are different and slim.

My experiences with Wells Fargo have always been outstanding, I’ve been banking w them since I was a teen and everyone has always been so helpful and kind. My last interaction was nothing like any I’ve experienced. When setting up my appointment to speak with a manager, the teller Dasheera was extremely friendly and willing to help maintaining my expectations of Wells Fargo. When I sat down with the manager it was a complete shift in atmosphere. Although all my issues were resolved, the manager’s lack of customer service was appalling and has encouraged me to steer clear of this location. If you need any assistance with your Wells Fargo account, there are multiple location not far from this one that will do a much better job.

My husband had lost his credit card somewhere, and now with the covid pandemic everything with banker is appointment only , which is understandable. I called this location and spoke with Ricky. He was kind enough to squeeze us in if we got there by 11. I saids okay because we live 10 minutes away. So we get there but did not realize he needed to forms of ID but Ricky was gracious and let us go get his passport and come back. My husband got his temporary card all thanks to Ricky. He is a shining example of going beyond he went above and that is very hard to find in people. Thank you Ricky and Thank you Wells Fargo for being an example that this world needs right now. Customer service is completely non-existent. HORRIBLE!!! I've been with WF since 1997. No excuse. Apologies are worn out as well as responsibility. Ending my business with them soon!!!
