This location is the very specific reason why I will always bank with BB&T. The service and kindness that Debbie and Rachel provide each time I come in is above and beyond what I’ve experienced with any other bank. They’re quick, efficient, explain things extremely well and really put care into every interaction. Thank you guys!!!

I have held an account with BB&T for 20 years. I have my pay direct deposited here and do the majority of my banking with them. I will now be changing that.nnI went here with a CASHIER’s CHECK and they wanted to put a hold on it! It is certified funds, I have had an account here 20 years, I get money direct deposited here, I live down the street.......furthermore the manager would not be available until 10 AM. Thank God I have accounts at Chase and Achieva.nnI called the 800 number and I was informed by a call center manager that it is the location’s management’s decision if a hold is put on. They left me in the drive thru for 5 minutes, before they came back to tell me.

My experience with my branch on Tampa Road has always been a good one.nHowever. I am not very impressed with their mortgage division.nnI was pre qualified for a loan but was turned down after submitting all kinds of documents.nI have been a client for a long

This BB&T has the best staff. Always friendly and recognize me. Update: Almost all new staff who appear clueless. Sat in drive thru waiting to be helped while cashier was browsing the internet on their computer! Not happy.
