I have been banking here for almost 14 years, and have found this branch to be staffed with very courteous professionals, who are always friendly and helpful. I have rarely had to wait very long for service, and on those occasions when I did, it was because I arrived at a very busy time. Transactions are done quickly and smoothly. Once, several years ago, the day before I was to leave on vacation, there was a fraud on my debit card, which BB&T security discovered, and handled the situation to my satisfaction very fast, my account was restored, new card was sent over night to an out of state address that I authorized. I like this bank very much, and the wonderful people who work there.
Michael the manager here is by far the worst face to represent this company. He is impolite, talks over you and doesn't listen. This bank is awful as a whole. It's unfortunate that they don't value their customers and hire horrific managers like Michael that just don't care.
My husband and I love this bank and the people that work here. Patrice and Nancy are the sweetest. So helpful. What i like about them is that they remember our names and they always ask about my husband when he doesnt come in with me. Exellent customer service
The entire staff at this branch is absolutely phenomenal! I have been very pleased with BB&T and this branch for 7+ years.
David has done an outstanding job for me. He went out of his way for 3 days in a row to get my problem solved. I moved to a part of Florida where there are no branches but I still feel like I'm taken care of!
