I thought all reviews were subjective until i visited this branch. OMG, its true, they are horrible. I guess BB&T is doing so bad that still has these type of branches opened. And then managers and employees complain when they are without a job, sarcasm... Horrible customer service, liars and not willing to help customer. Manager told me personal banker will call me to clear a doubt i had and never did, plus phone calls are not being held appropriately... Will move to Bank of America or some other bank now.
The worst bbt ever
Worst bank around ! They take maintenance fees or any fee they can when I have direct deposit I’m in the works to changing banks. This one is by far the worst bank around ! Please people don’t choose BB&T they merged with suntrust Bank because they can’t stay afloat on there own covid 19 is here for awhile and yet the banks still suck your money from you in one way or another !!!
If I could I would give this location 0 stars. They constantly make mistakes with my deposits. When I called to talk to a manager about this mistakes made they would not let me talk to the manager.. no wonder it this location has a 1.7 star rating. If you can go to any other location, GO TO IT! This one if HORRIBLE!
Horrible attitude I had someone call me from this branch she was so rude so disgusting I will never step foot in this bank ever!!! STAY AWAY
