I’ve been to serval Branch locations in Palm Beach County. I am consistently disappointed. It’s upsetting because I have been a member of this bank for about 9 or 10 years, and I would hate to have to change my bank. Customer service is extremely important to me, and I honestly considered leaving. I have been working with Milady Joseph at this Delray Beach location for a few years now & she goes above and beyond. She is the image of what great customer service should always be. Even during the pandemic, she is great. She makes banking easier during these difficult times. Through emails, phone call, voice messages, drive thru visits she makes things possible. Thank you for being there for my family.

The staff is nice especially compare to the one in Boynton Beach
I walked in to BB&T bank and need change for $19 in coins. They refused me because I was not a customer. I have a local business in the area and needed change. I went to chase bank down the road and they gave me change without even hesitating for even asking if I had a account. Stay away for this bank. They are terrible in service and very rude. This is what u get a bad Google review.
