Worst costumer service ever. This branch office is currently closed and I have a safe deposit box at this location that I have been trying to get access for over a week. Got a call from an associate in Jensen beach who claimed she could help me out and call me back to set up an appointment. Of course she never called me back and I've been leaving voice messages that are never returned. After 20+ years I will be closing all accounts that I have with this horrible bank.

Why must it be just one teller helping people inside the bank and the drive thru? I understand that I went there at lunch time. But 20 minutes wait in a line is crazy when you have more than one errands to run. what makes matters worse is that when I was finally served, I was withdrawing a large amount of cash. I had to be the one putting it inside of the envelope myself. SmhnI've been a customer for 6 Years, and honestly I think the service need improvement. But I will continue using the ATM unless I'm withdrawing cash that's too big to withdraw at the ATM. Although, I love my bank but this is my opinion and experience.

It's actually a very nice small branch but I went in today and they were to tell there's one who spent a very long time with someone and the other one spent a lot of time playing with her machines and then when I went up to the teller and said I wanted to open a safe deposit box you said she was not able to do that and I need it to wait for someone to come back from lunch I suggested to her that the manager train more of the people to be able to open safe deposit boxes however it is a nice branch but their focus on customer service is not what I would like to see

Very slow paced, uncaring, workers. These just are forgetful and took me over 30 minutes just to be seen for a replacement card
