Wells Fargo Bank

I had a wonderful customer experience at this Wells Fargo branch (crossroad of S. Military Trail and Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach, Florida). Specifically I met with Ms. Patricia Dinvil who was courteous, efficient, proactive, engaging, personable with a wonderful personality. She helped me get forms I needed ready, was extremely patient and accommodating; I will definitely go back to this branch if the rest of her colleagues are half as helpful as she was! I am a longstanding customer of Wells Fargo and people like Ms. Dinvil increase my customer loyalty to the bank.

I went to this branch (the drive thru) on Saturday morning. I wanted to make a simple transaction,nmove money into my checking account from my savings, and then take some cash out. I was helped by a teller (Jennifer), who from the beginning seemed like she needed some assistance making the transaction, which was fine. She called the manager over, who helped her for a solid 30 seconds. But not once told me she was running into any issue. She completed the transaction, I asked for my receipts, which showed the correct amount. I figured all was good. When I got home and checked my online banking, the teller had taken an additional 23k out of my checking account as cash! An additional $23,000 gone from my account. Money I did not take and was now missing. All my money, gone! I called this branch directly and have been told countless times, they cannot help me. Their excuse is the tellers system crashed during my transaction, so they ran the transaction twice. Making it seem like this was my fault for going to the bank. Now Wells Fargo is telling me I have to wait to get my money back. When this was a Bank Error. Wells Fargo took my money and will not give it back. They keep telling me wait wait, in a few days they will investigate. And try to get my money back. It is my money! Unacceptable the way I have been treated, and the fact that I still have 23k missing from my account. This has been the worst experience of my life, I will make sure to close all my accounts here. I just want my money that you took from me. The teller should be able to fix her mistake. Do not go to this branch.

I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS BANK AGAIN made a appointment and they got the appointment time wrong...wouldn't even try to fit me in when they could have i was leaving BOA after 12 years to come to wells fargo.. my first impression never will i go to wells fargo.
