Abel Marte is a fantastic banker he listened to my concerns, and helped me change my pin to my debit card without me remembering the current pin I had. Also, he linked my accounts which helped me avoid a monthly checking maintenance fee. He is so nice he even put in a request to refund me for 4 months the bank had been charging me for having a checking account without direct deposit. Great guy he deserves a raise and recognition keep up the fantastic work Abel.
Ms. Deja was so helpful and kind yesterday. She definitely has great customer service and made my Suntrust experience wonderful.
