The Manager at the Skykake branch, Ms. Denise Velez is excellent! She is never too busy to help and has excellent customer service skills.
Staff is unprofessional. They have customers waiting outside and don't have the audacity of acknowledging them or letting them know there is a wait. They just walk by stare at us and don't say a word or give a sign to let us know there's is a wait.
Terrible branch. BofA saving money hiring young and under-educated stuff. Poorly trained. Branch smells like a tavern with cigarette smoke. Closes at 4 pm so a regular customer can't drop by after work. Yesterday the systems were down. Drive through out of work. They should just shut this location down. Shameful, third world level service.
Mike, the Business Advantage representative, is extremely rude and mediocre when it come to solve problems.
I adore this Bank of America staff !!! Thank you Michael and Mercedes for caring about our business and helping us thru the years.
