The grooming department in this location is the worst! I have given them several tries and every time I take my dog to be groomed, they are not friendly and not accommodating. You used to have to make an appointment online and if you dared asked them in the store, they would not do it for you. They would say, “we see what you see online.” It was their way of saying, “do it yourself.” It’s very hard to get an appointment for even a simple nail trim and heaven forbid you need your dog washed. You either have to wait over a week or get told they don’t have cage space for a large dog (mine is 49 pounds). I just took my dog in (for the last time) and paid for a mini make over. It took them less than 5 min. I’m pretty sure all they did was trim her nails and put smell good stuff on her. In the future, I’ll pay a Mobil dog grooming service to come to my house. I’d rather pay more and have friendly service!
Very nice store, they do have a very good selection considering they're in a relatively small place. Lots of high quality foods lots of toys multiple isles of just for treats, everything you need for a happy fuzzy Friend.
The store is a nice store.They do not carry what I was looking for.The staff seemed nice,but they need a bit more public relations training.
