I’m glad it’s also a Suntrust now, service is pleasant however the drive through is understaffed and can be very slow. Avoid high traffic hours.

I used to bank with Bank Atlantic, but BB&T devoured them like an amoeba. I thought my experience would get worse with a bigger bank, but fortunately it didn't. The tellers and loan officers at this location have always been helpful and courteous. Generally a good experience.

Erica was a big help in closing my accounts and safe deposit box. She made a follow up call several days after the paperwork to ensure all the actions were completed to my satisfaction.
