The lone is always on with just one teller and the wait it is even worse. Super short handed and doing nothing about it. What is customer service when you have to wait over 20min just to see a teller.

I have gone to this branch twice , Not a problem. I made appointment to discuss my business and personal accounts , I was greeted the moment i walked in . The appointment was on time, my problem was handled in a professional manor. I look at the ratings and wonder if any of the people that have given this branch less than four stars have a college education. Look at the wording. There is the answer you need to make a educated decision. to the team and staff at this branch , Thanks again and see you soon.

I am so glad that I will be done with this bank. Payed off my mortgage there are today. I think it’s very sad there were six people who work there but only one person helping customers. It wasn’t just two or three people in a line. And they talk to each other but never addressed to help a customer . That’s been going on for the last two years. I had no choice when you have a mortgage have to pay it. They really encourage going online and pay it that way. Which I just don’t get it so you don’t a want your job? Then this year they just close the drive-through. which I told them that made it really inconvenient for people who have kids and don’t want to hop out of the car with a bunch of kids. Really sad the bank does not care for their customers. So happy to be done with them!

By far the worst Bank of America there is. Most of the tellers are rude and incompetent, and they only have one working the counter while the talk to each other. The lines are always nearly out the door because of this. It’s well worth the extra 5 minutes drive to go to the Bank of America in Stuart.
