Tried to cash a dividend check, which I have done many times before but the teller at the drive through said it was not valid. After keeping me waiting for almost an hour I left without cashing the check. I called Prudential and they said it was valid. I returned the following day, and the teller, Vivian said I should deposit it. I argued that I would not be depositing it. She then finally gave me my money. I would like an explanation of this event so that it doesn’t happen again. If I don’t receive a reply, I will be changing banks.

This place is horrible. Tall weird looking guy with a red face wouldn’t open a business account for me. I went to Chase and they opened my account in an hour. Thanks for wasting my time
