Immediately after walking in, not one employee made eye contact (bank officers located near the door included), more like averted eyes to avoid work. After waiting in line the bank teller flatly said she could not help me and sent me to another waiting area....I’m not sure how long I’ll be here but I figured I’d write a review as I am already dissatisfied by the service. I recommend driving a few extra miles where the other Boa financial center has a much better review rating. Good luck!nnOmg! Don’t waste your time! Go to the BoA on Martin downs blvd!!! After not being helped by the “manager” ANA, I came to this other location where they were more than happy to solve my problems!
