Wonderful experience! Carla was fantastic on the floor helping us locate items. We took our dog to get groomed there and Tara was amazing. She was so kind, patient with our dog, and incredibly knowledgeable about her work. Highly recommend for dog grooming and ask for Tara. Great experience overall.

I use this as a cheap dog park/zoo visit for my puppy who really wants his own ferret or Guinea pig. The prices are lower on their website but you have to show the cashier each selection to get the web price which is so annoying. Also, they don't carry grocery store brands anymore so feeding the outside cats premium food would be too expensive. The staff is very friendly and will offer good advice so I go here when I need otc products (ear cleaners/shampoo/etc) or an emergency food trip because the online order is late but we use Chewy for our regular maintenance order.
The products I wanted were available and at a comparable price to other retailers. As for shopping there again, I have shopped this store for quite some time. However, online ordering has made it more convenient and there's less need to actually go to brick and mortar. But I will always use Petco for my pets' needs.
The staff members are wonderful and helpful in addition to this they have always answered my questions based on knowledge I give an A+ thank you for your goal to satisfy your customers
