Let me tell you, the grooming department here is amazing! Specifically Rachel B!! Let me start by saying that I am 27 weeks pregnant and I was bringing in my 75lb AKC registered German Shepherd named Ares. He got anxious and slipped his collar and ran out into the parking lot twice. Rachel helped me contain him in the parking lot and was so calm and collected and waited until he was calm to get him in the store. She did a fantastic job giving him a full service bath as well as a shed release grooming! When I went to pick him up, his coat was so shiny and smooth and he looked and smelled amazing! She then helped me walk him to the car to leave. This lady goes above and beyond what customer service should be and I don’t know what would have happened if she hadn’t been there to help me today! Thank you so so so much for all you did!
Recently got a 7 level cat tree and the staff were great. They helped load the cat tree not only onto a flat bed for me but helped us take it to the car. I will definitely keep going to them.
Always great customer service. I spoke with Amber and Misty today. They gave me all the information that I needed. They also gave me great recommendations for a newborn. They were able to find me exactly what I was looking for. They also gave me feedback on some training tips. I'm very grateful.
Variety of stock. Such wonderful helpful employees. All of them have been wonderful to help in every area for my fish, dog, cats, & rabbit. They have been terrific to help me with food, toys, & supplies.
Went in for a bigger turtle tank for Snappy. Got the LAST one (of the biggest one in stock), on SALE (OVER 1/2 off). Great sales staff, answered my questions, carried it to the car & put it in for me. AWESOME Customer Service!
