I purchased a pair of shoes. Size was not an issue. They fit very well. However they rubbed a couple of my toes raw. The meterial was not comfortable. I brought the shoes back on 9/27/2020 along with pictures of how raw my toes were and requested they exchange for another pair, not even my money back. I had to leave them with my name and number because the owner was not in. I called rnumerous times for a resolution. As of 10/24 almost an entire month later STILL no call from the owner. When I picked up the shoes, not even an apology. So unprofessional!!!!
Best womens shoe store in Southwest Florida. They have the best comfort brands (Naot, Vionic and Arocpedico) mixed nicely with fashion shoes from Onex to Matisse. They have boots, sneakers, sandals and a great handbag collection, including Hobo Mary Francis and Hammitt. The staff is knowledgeable and very attendant.
