I have shopped here 4 a long time they r always helpful and hold fog food 4 me when ever I call. Returns r easy. I would not shop any where else 4 my dogs needs. I love my dogs like my family
Staff was not helpful when I asked questions in regard to water temperature for my fish tank. I was rudely told to look it up, when I tried to explain I already have, and received other information from a different pet store. All I wanted was their opinion of the conflicting information I have received.
Every time I've been in here. Staff is usually behind the register talking and hanging out. When you have a question or need to know if something is in stock, they act as if your putting them out. The guy there (shorter, longer black hair) is snotty, rude, and not very helpful. I only come here because PetSmart and PetCo are 30 more min up the road, which I will now be driving to. It sucks to because of how many pets we have and how much we spend monthly on them. This store could be so nice if the staff actually cared.
Not only is this pet supermarket pet friendly the staff is extremely helpful. They also have wonderful discount racks for those on a budget.
Staff was very helpful. Went out of the way to make visit fun for the kids.
