I love Crocs and not just the traditional pairs. There sandals are cute and comfortable. Definitely go when there is a sale because your total can add up very quickly it you are not paying attention. Sales team is helpful but not over bearing.
When you walk into the store they watch you like you’re stealing , constantly asking if you need help even after saying no . Anyways crocs.com gave me 25% off for signing up in which I purchased 3 crocs that ended up being too big . I went into the store to return them since I’m loosing my 25% off for returning them I figured I’d exchange them for kids crocs that cost $49.99 . The old guy refused to price match even though my pairs were $49.99 and I only paid $37 each because crocs online gave me a 25% off .I will not be back sorry horrible customer service .
I dont know what they do to make crocs but they are tooooo comfortable and its sooooo goood plus you can add pins to them and be able to express yourself in so many creative ways.
I purchased a pair of clogs from this location but did an exchange at Aventura mall. I went back to this location to return the shoes and the Manager (wht male) would not do the return because it wasn't the original receipt. I had to go all the way back where I did the exchange and the sales clerk looked up the transaction number with the same receipt I showed the pembroke Manager. The pembroke Manager was not helpful at all
