Steady patron. Overall great for fish and small pets. I had one issue returning dead fish which was resolved relatively quickly with minor frustration. Associate failed to notate my return. Management knew nothing when I came the next day. They couldn't locate the dead fish.....ud83eudd37ud83cudffd♂ufe0f. My time was wasted while management made attempts to reach associate by phone. Nothing major....just frustrating.
The place was very clean, spacious and fully stocked. The aisles were easy to navigate and I found the items I came to buy and the check out was almost a breeze.
I recently lost my pet fish so I went to purchase a new one. Ash helped me with my new buddy, gave me advice and took the time to go over his care.nnThanks again for being awesome Ash!nnChristine
