I'm not sure Cindy and the Adopt A Stray team were amazing with me the entire way through the adoption process. I was beginner, in terms of taking care of a kitten, so they made sure to guide me through what to expect. They even went shopping with me and patiently explained what essentials he needs. They provided me with a plethora of resources and information regarding kitten/ cat care. Even after I adopted him in October 2020, Cindy has consistently been gracious enough to answer any questions and concerns I may have about my kitten. Thank you so much Cindy and the Adopt-A-Stray team! (:

I adopted my Siamese cat BoBo 8 months ago. I kinda understand that some one star reviews because Cindy is really strict and responsible - she even contacted my apartment to make sure they’re pets friendly before she called me. We had a nice interview and she asked several basic but important questions, then made some recommendations like cans and litters. She’s not wrong her recommendations were not the most expensive ones but fit their pets best. I still share BoBo’s pictures with her & she always replies and gives helpful suggestions. I’m glad that we had a great experience with adopt-a-stray.

Adopted the cutest, sweetest kitten ever. Thought the rescue was thorough and informative. Not sure what’s going on with complainers, I’ve adopted many times and no-kill shelters ask a lot of questions. And they don’t hesitate to deny folks if a situation looks less than ideal.

Adopt A Stray is a wonderful group who truly cares about their animals' emotional and physical health; from making sure the cats personalities are a good fit for a home (example: energetic cat for energetic household), to educating adopters on the latest research on healthy foods.nnI've adopted several times from them, and my oldest kitty is a spry 15 year old now!

I adopted my Siamese kitty from this rescue and my experience has been great! Cindy did offer her help on food and toys to ensure I buy the proper stuff. I couldn’t be happier with my Coco and I pray this rescue continues to obtain the support they need to save kitty lives and find good homes.
