Wellness CenternnThis was my first time there, I drove up from south Miami to this clinic and it is so worth the drive!!!nnTech Jackie was amazing she was so sweet!! She was very informative very patient with Mia whom has severe anxiety & Mia went off as if she'd known Jackie forever, which made me super comfortable.nnDr. Kiddle is amazing he gave me great suggestions and explained Mia's issues and what were some alternatives if worse case scenario! He was amazing I will continue driving up an hour or so!nnThe prices are actually really good. I had been quoting around in the south Miami area and honestly I saved like $60 dollars or more. I called first for a guide and the front desk receptionist was super nice and professional.nnOverall this place has the most professional and courteous employees. I highly recommend coming to this location. It was a great experience. I plan on getting a puppy soon and this will be my primary vet location for sure.nnPlease consider the drive it is very worth it. The customer service was outstanding !

This store is always cleaned and organized. They have a good variety of products and the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable.

If there is way to go lower than one star, i would have used that for my experience. I took my 3 months old German Shepherd puppy for just grooming appointment which was at 1pm. I was there on time but they checked my dog late and then gave me 1hr to 1 1/2hr window. They got my dog out after 2 hrs. He looked scared and was whining. I didn't understand why. Then we noticed blood on the car seat, on my arms and on my shirt. First we didn't understand where it is come from. later when i checked my dog, i found his nails are bleeding. I was very upset and mad after seeing what they have done to my dog.While cutting nails, the stylist cut too close and made him bleed on three nails from three different legs. If it was one or two, I would understand it was an accident. but three times on three different legs? And they don't even tell you about it. It was me who noticed the blood and reported. To me it looks like this place have inexperienced stylist. Will never go to that place for services again.

It was easy to purchase online, the waiting period for the item to be available for pickup was less than an hour, customer service was friendly, and curb pickup was convenient.
