4 days after Hurricane buildings have no damage done to them everyone else is open and they're still closed people need to get inside to a bank to take care of personal business and we can't unprofessional and uncalled for

These people do not answer the phone. Really bad. A real black mark against BOA. I am surprised. I liked this bank.

The service at this bank has declined significantly over the last year .nITS HORRIBLE .nThey closed the drive thru and NOW only have ONE teller no matter how many people are in linenI was told by a teller it was a cost saving measure .nWE ARE LOOKING TO CHANGE INSTITUTIONS NOWnnI GIVE THIER SERVICE RATING A ZERO
