The management at this bank has always been extremely helpful. After being a long-time customer they have established a hometown feeling when we go in the Bank front Doors & are welcomed by name.nMira and the staff are top notch we wouldn’t take our banking needs anywhere but here.
So disappointed with the service i got today from mayra the young lady in the front desk. I came here to see about getting a new card and since i didn't have an appointment i was told to wait 20mins. I seat in there waiting for about 15mins and told them i would sit in my car instead and when i came out back inside she had gaven my appt spot to someone else. So i got nothing done and i wasted my time. I would rather go to another branch just as long as i great the service i deserve.
This location is the worst! Either their atm is out of order and they only have one teller at a time. Lines are always super long but they have about 3 people sitting in offixes never doing anything. The rent a cop they have is a joke. I despise this BanknnResponse: I took my banking needs else where. Thank you for your response.
Atm is always operational. I've banked with BAC for years. I haven't had to use the services inside yet for the Punta Gorda location.
I just opened an account here. What a wonderful experience. No wait time. Super easy set up. Very friendly and helpful people. I’ve been to their other branches and it’s like night and day. DONT GO TO THE OTHER BRANCHES. The people in this branch are superior to their other branches.
