I have a business account with Regions Bank. In order to withdraw funds I have to get them from the ATM or write a check to myself and cash it. I visited this branch this morning to cash a $4,000.00 dollar check and was told by the bank teller that he only had $2,000.00 ud83eudd14 how is this possible? I then called the 800 # and was told that it’s up to each branch how much money you are allowed to cash a check for as if they are a franchise. So my next step is to close this account and move my money to a better bank.

I’m trying to close my account and even that has become challenging, luckily I don’t really need the money in that account (which I haven’t been able to access for over two months), but I feel for other customers who might rely on their funds to cover their daily needs.nI have nothing against the people at the bank, I’m sure they try but the lack of customer care at Regions overall is systematic. My experience with them was not what I‘m used to getting front my other financial institutions who tend to address issues promptly to make me feel valued but also to avoid frustrations, I did not get that from Regions either at the several branches that I visited nor from their call centers.nAgain, the employees seem to try but it looks like the company ignores the business issues and does not try to address them.nHopefully, this bank will undergo some form of transformation and won’t disappear like many others.

This company never answers the phone. 24 minutes one day 12 minutes another and I finally hung up!

The most unfriendly tellers ever! No,smiles....no customer service skills at all. Another reason to leave regions after 10 years!nRegions charges you for everything.nMaybe you should be friendlier and treat your customers like customer's.nTake your sourpuss faces home! Not thru the drive-thru.nMaybe that's why many of your branches are closing!
