Horrible bank. Dont bother going.
This Branch is horrible. They take a considerable time to address you when you enter the building.nnThey could use a refresher on Customer Service.
Bank United is a great bank, it’s sucks that this and one other branch make the whole company look bad. They have no customer service skills what so ever (the branch manager yelled at me and then hung up the phone on me). So happy I’ll be moving on from this branch!
Very good service. Nice atmosphere. Great overall experience.
